Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix

IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX WET INGREDIENTS UNTIL WELL COMBINED.

ADD MIX TO BOWL THEN STIR TOGETHER. PLACE CINNAMON SUGAR

INTO SMALL BOWL. USING SPOON SCOOP UP ENOUGH BATTER FOR

ONE COOKIE THEN DIP IT INTO THE CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE.

USING A SECOND SPOON PUSH COOKIE ONTO A COOKIE SHEET.

BAKE AT 350° FOR 10-12 MINUTES USING TWO GREASED COOKIE SHEETS

 

1/2 CUP CANNED PUMPKIN PUREE

1/2 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER

1 EGG

INGREDIENTS: ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE,

RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SUGAR, CINNAMON, BAKING SODA, PUMPKIN SPICE (CINNAMON, GINGER,

NUTMEG, ALLSPICE, MACE, CLOVES)
